Digital Saturdays Return in the run-up to YDF201 min read

It only seems like a few weeks ago that we concluded our last run of Digital Saturdays workshops just before Christmas and we are back already!

The next series of Digital Saturdays is kicking off Saturday 29th February, starting a four week run of fun and engaging workshops in local libraries on the countdown to the FIFTH Young Digitals Festival, taking place on Saturday 28th March at Oldham Library.

Coming up in this series we have:

29th Feb @ Northmoor Library. Sam Rushton explores 3D modelling, moving between digital and analogue worlds to bring shapes and character to life.

7th March @ Royton Library. Toubie Jack uses Digital Photography and re-touching to create artworks based on our shoes and the journeys they take us on.

14th March @ Fitton Hill Library. Sally Hendry will share a workshop using digital music-making to create soundtracks to dance and move to.

21st March @ Failsworth Library. MJ Mizra will be delivering an exciting data-based workshop alongside the Failsworth Code Club ninjas.

All these sessions are free, open to all and drop-in so no booking is required.

Keep your eyes peeled on the website and on our social channels for more info about #YDF20 as we begin to announce this year’s exciting line-up!
